John Deere ends DEI programs

John Deere announced it would no longer participate in "social or cultural awareness" events and would audit training materials to remove "socially motivated messages." The farm equipment manufacturer said business resource groups would focus exclusively on professional development. The company reaffirmed that "diversity quotas and pronoun identification" are not company policy but stated it would continue to "track and advance" workforce diversity.
