Jenner & Block wins summary judgment, order struck down as unconstitutional

Jenner & Block successfully challenged an executive order targeting the firm for employing a lawyer involved in the Mueller investigation. A federal judge permanently blocked the order, finding President Trump was trying to chill legal representation and insulate the executive branch from judicial oversight. The DOJ filed notice of appeal.
