Major tech companies donate $1 million each to Trump inauguration fund

Meta, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Nvidia, Broadcom, Adobe, and Uber each donated $1 million to President Trump's inaugural fund. Apple CEO Tim Cook and OpenAI CEO Sam Altman made personal $1 million donations. Amazon added another $1 million in-kind by streaming the event on Prime Video. The fund raised a record $239 million—more than double any previous inauguration. Many of these companies faced ongoing federal regulatory scrutiny.
