Ford ends DEI programs

Ford Motor Company announced significant changes to its DEI policies in an email to employees. The company stopped participating in the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index, opened employee resource groups to all workers, and discontinued quotas for minority dealerships and suppliers. Farley cited the "evolving external and legal environment related to political and social issues."
