Why this is Developing

Nike has maintained its commitment to diversity programs and community relations while it says it has been complying with this investigation. This is an escalation in pressure. Nike can choose to stand by its programs or be pushed by administration pressure to settle. This action is recent and Nike's approach is not yet clear.
