NPR and three Colorado public radio stations sued President Trump, arguing his executive order cutting funding to public media violates their First Amendment rights and exceeds presidential authority. PBS filed a separate lawsuit. The Corporation for Public Broadcasting also sued over President Trump's attempt to fire three of its board members.
