AT&T provides DHS with $146M communications contract

AT&T holds a 10-year, $146 million contract with the Department of Homeland Security, awarded in March 2024, to provide Government Emergency Telecommunications Service and Wireless Priority Service. In 2025, ICE awarded AT&T an $11 million contract for data analytics services. Protests demanding AT&T cancel its DHS and ICE contracts have been held at stores across Illinois.
