Milbank settles with Trump for $100 million

Milbank reached a deal with the Trump administration to provide $100 million in pro bono services. The firm said it was contacted by the administration with concerns about its diversity initiatives and told to enter an agreement similar to one reached by Skadden. The agreement requires Milbank to avoid what the administration called illegal DEI discrimination.
